FAQ - Why can’t Jojo just go through the solicitors?

Please let’s be clear that Jojo never wanted to get solicitors involved in the first case. She was only forced to after Medicine Festival refused to assist her with her extensive costs for healing and refused to acknowledge any responsibility for their part in the accident.

After a 2 year process, At the beginning of July, Jojo’s solicitors informed her that they were dropping the case. This was due to the following reasons:

1. The public liability insurance was not going to pay out. (We don’t know the reason as they will not disclose this, we can only assume that it is because the medicine festival had not followed their health and safety procedures)

2. They medicine festival are pleading poverty and don’t have any money to pay compensation as they are a charity.
