I offer individual, couple & group psychological therapy that is animistic, transpersonal and weaves in nature as a guide. Internal Family Systems therapy is a central model i work with - learning a way to connect and build relationship with different aspects of who you are.

I specialise in eating disorders and intimate relationships but see people with all types of emotional and life difficulties.

Sessions can be indoors in my therapy room near Isfield or outdoors in a nearby woodland.
