I offer my clients individualised wellness protocols including functional nutritional therapy, craniosacral therapy and lifestyle changes. I have 25+ years working across many therapeutic area, and specialise in migraine and women’s health including preconception to post-menopause.
I use functional laboratory testing to uncover any dysfunction in the body so we can be focussed and accurate in our wellness plans. These include microbiome testing, methylation panels, full body functioning panels and DUTCH test hormone tests.
My work includes ancestral healing to alleviate epigenetic patterning passed down through the lineage and is presenting emotionally and symptomatically for release.
