Yoga With Di

Yoga classes combining stretching & strengthening whilst moving mindfully with the breath and promoting deep relaxation.

All classes incorporate a breathing practice, asana (posture) practice, progressed in stages, breaking down each of the elements and building up stage by stage, with modifications to suit an individual’s needs, ensuring there’s a safe place for everyone of all fitness & ability levels; each class is completed with a short concentration/meditation and a guided relaxation.

Yoga is a wonderful way to maintain a strong, healthy body and mind.

It’s never too late to start your yoga journey and it's not necessary to be flexible (a common misconception!)
Classes are held at The Forest Row Community Centre and online in a friendly relaxed atmosphere on Tuesdays and Fridays.
1-2-1 bespoke sessions also available on request.

I am fortunate to have trained and practiced with many wonderful and inspiring teachers over the years including Zoe Knott and Deena Davies (500 hr Dip. The British Wheel of Yoga, qualified).
